We had a slightly horrible experiance with HP and DH laptop. It had an issue and they said it would be fixed in 2 wks. At 7am they called the day it was due at our house to say it would be 2wks. This happened for 2months. He now has a new laptop of the highest everything his model came in.

I hate dealing with crap like that.
