Probably depends on how your child acts in a restaurant. I would not take my son to it, but he is not great in restaurants. Maybe for lunch/brunch, but not for dinner. Its pretty small and hte tables are close together would be my main concern. I don't think I've ever seen a child there at night.
We have reservations at 6pm with a dear friend I haven't seen in a couple years. Ugh, he's not the best in restaurants, but not horrible. I guess we'll be THOSE parents tomorrow. If you have plans to go to dinner there tomorrow night, I apologize in advance.

I know you are asking about the Midtown location, so this may not help, but the Vinings location is kid friendly. DH and I went there last Friday for an early dinner a little before 6 without DD and there were several tables that had young kids.
