Babysitter/Nanny's Bday

I just found out today that today is my nanny's bday. What is something I could get her for her bday? I would love for it to be personal, but I had no idea it was today. I could pick something up after work and maybe run it to her tonight or might just haave a little "party" set up for her tomrrow. What do yall think?

    Gift cards are always nice and she can pick out her own thing.  Do you know what store she likes?

    I do a birthday card, cash (usually $20), and maybe flowers.  my DCP's birthday is Christmas eve, so it's a really easy one to remember : )

    My nanny is always very interested in what I am cooking and she once told me that she doen't have any cook books - so we gave her the Joy of Cooking and some cakes pans.  She seemed very happy.
