Hi ladies,
I have not been on here since I was pregnant with DS. But we are now expecting number 2, so plan on posting a lot more. (Gosh I can't even remember how to update my profile).
My question right now though is whether anyone knows of any good places to have a toddler birthday party in the summertime. DS will turn 2 at the end of June. Unfortunately our finances are really strapped, so were hoping to find someplace like a park where the kids could play outside and we would not need to pay a rental fee.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
Brenda
Re: Place to have birthday party in Philadelphia
I think my cousins did something at Palumbo rec center in bella vista and I think Smith playground also allows parties.
Or maybe gymboree or a little gym somewhere. Not sure if they have them in the city but there is a little gym in narberth.
Good luck!
The Game Piece Park? - and across the street is Love Park - both free
I HIGHLY recommend Smith Payhouse

Franklin Square would be nice-- they have a great playground, and you could do merry go round rides
You can bring a picnic and there are tables everywhere-- parking is tough, but I always park in front of the Electric factory!
Happy Birthday!
