Baptism gown from wedding gown

Hello! Has anyone or is anyone planning to have their wedding dress made into a baptism gown? Any suggestions for local tailors/seamstresses? I live south of Pittsburgh. Thanks!

    How south? If you live near greensburg, I suggest The lady at New Attitude salon in greensburg!! She Did an excellent job on my wedding dress and if I Wanted to make a gown for dd #1 out of my dress She's the one I'd go to!

    I got rompers made out of my gown for my twin boys. She did the best job, better than I ever imagined. She made rompers with buttons up so I could change diapers and attached little vests with the buttons from the back of my gown up the front she even made little hats. All I took her was a Gerber sleepper for approx size and she did them in less than a month
