Starting ivf next cycle, anyone do genetic testing?

We had our ivf consult today.  The RE is recommending we do genetic testing because of so many lost pregnancies.  Anyone do this?  We hadn't thought of doing it before today.

i believe my RE requires it to be done in order to go ahead with everything else...i had already had it done with my previous pregnancy for other reasons, so they didn't need to do it again..but i did have to track it down my old doctor

Do you mean genetic testing or PGD testing of embryos?  I've had 2 chemical pregnancies and haven't done either.

Genetic testing of embryos.  We had all the blood work done for everything else.  They can't find my cystic fibrosis test so we have to re-do it.  i had 6 m/cs and an ectopic before we did iui and another m/c with iui.
