Just Need to Vent

 AF came today...after I got excited about a temp spike this am.  We are set up for three cycles of TIC.  We were debating starting this month or waiting until next cycle because I'll be almost done with work for the summer. Well I decided this am that we might as well just get started this month.  Then an hour later I get a text from DH saying he got invited to this work event that is out of town (Thurs,Fri, Sat) and it's optional but he is definitely going.  Well it corresponds with the time that I'd most likely be triggering....so there goes that right out the window.  He just doesn't get it even though the RE explained it and I've explained it over and over.  He keeps saying "just ask the doctor to schedule your trigger  a different time." :::hand meet forehead::::

 Then I'm on my local board and see a post "haha guess the pull and pray doesn't work...BFP"  Not that I'm not happy for them, but I hate seeing it.  I'm sure that makes me a horrible person, but I just wish it could be easy.

Sorry about cd1 and DH not "getting it".  There's no way you could meet him on the trip for Friday night and Saturday?  If not, sorry about having to wait out this cycle.

 I thought about this, but he's staying in a house with 20 other people and they have a strict itinerary so I doubt it'll work.

Sorry about this cycle.  Like katib said, can you meet up with him?  I always think "am I having this conversation" when I have to prioritizing BD & telling DH no to something else due to timing.  Ahhhh!  Plus you got an "it's so easy bfp" post dropped on you today too .  I believe that chocolate is called for on these sorts of days!  GL getting all this sorted out!

Wow, that just sucks.  I would try to meet up with DH, could you get a hotel room and he could come visit after his meetings?

As for the "pull and pray" thing...sometimes we just need to close our eyes and our mouths.  Some people are really stupid.
