    Oh yes... Dell.  So many bad words come to mind when I think of them and their customer service.  My fav. is when I ask the rep's name so that I can try to get in touch with him to follow up when what they tell me to try doesn't and he insists it's "Dave".

    I spent the fall of 2001 on hold or talking with Dell support.  Seriously, like hours every evening.  The never did fix my computer. I HATE DELL with a passion!!!
