Weirdly enough, milk products always go down for me. If I'm really bad, only milk or yogurt (the more plain the flavor, the better) will work, and only a little will go down, but it's better than nothing.

Honestly, I had a hard time eating anything for several weeks. I could sometimes choke down crackers, popcorn, pickles, or fruit, but that was about it. Everything else made me heave. Good luck!!!
