Exercise Check-In!

I'm planning on doing a weights work-out (with 5-pound weights, but I consider this a victory lately) for arms, shoulders, legs, and butt.

  • I am planning to do some pilates at home today. Had food poisoning, and a trip to ER last night, so better take it easy. Will try to do a little walk around the hospital before my doctor appt.

  • I did legs last night - squats, dead lifts, and lower back.  I probably won't make it tonight - I have a chiropractor appt and a prenatal appt tonight.

  • I have personal training this evening, and then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio.  It's an upper body day which is good because my legs are really sore from kickboxing.

  • I did 45 min. of cardio kickboxing last night. Not sure if I'll do anything tonight since I feel SO exhausted (even after 9 hours of sleep!)

  • I went for a 3 mile walk this morning and I'm probably going for a walk this afternoon at lunch time.

  • I did upperbody and abs last night.  hoping to get some cardio in tonight

  • I went for a run before work with my friends.  I lifted some 10 pound weights--just a few weights.  I'm thinking about joining a gym soon because I'm not sure if I'll be able to run for the whole pregnancy.
  • I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday!
