I am planning to do some pilates at home today. Had food poisoning, and a trip to ER last night, so better take it easy. Will try to do a little walk around the hospital before my doctor appt.
I have personal training this evening, and then I'll do 30 minutes of cardio. It's an upper body day which is good because my legs are really sore from kickboxing.
I went for a run before work with my friends. I lifted some 10 pound weights--just a few weights. I'm thinking about joining a gym soon because I'm not sure if I'll be able to run for the whole pregnancy.
