I have a great provider who does it from her home.  I only use her for drop in but she charges $25/day whether you use her for 2 hours or 10 and I think $125/week?  Let me know if you want her info.

Ugh..

We're in Bright Heights in Kiln Creek (in Newport News), we love the daycare, everyone is very friendly, my kids are happy and doing well, I couldn't have asked for better, but we pay 408.50/week total for both (they are 19 months old).
