PT'd but having diarrhea - Pull Ups okay?

My DD has been PT'd (daytime only) for about 3.5 months now and she is doing just great;  hardly ever has any accidents now.  She woke up this morning with diarrhea and has had one accident already where she couldn't make it to the potty in time.  Is it okay to put her back in Pull Ups (she wears them at bedtime) to minimize laundry or will that possibly set her back as far as potty training?  TIA!

If she is having a hard time making it to the toilet I would go ahead with the pullup.
