Wow. Seems like it took a long time for today to get here. After lots of waiting, full exam...more and more talking...we finally got to hear the heartbeat. I cried and cried. I am so thankful, and so in awe. Today is the first of it feeling real...there's a tiny baby in there. (You'd think 8 weeks of all day-nausea would have made it real??). I am so, so, so thankful and excited to finally share the news with my kids and my parents tonight!

Good luck to all of the other first appointments today as well!

congrats! it never ceases to amaze me every time i hear it. seeing it on the ultrasound was reassuring.. but actually hearing it is music to your ears!

Thanks ladies! So grateful to have this board to share this kind of stuff with. Obviously the Hubs was there, and it was amazing to share it with him...we had our little moment after the doctor left

It really is a pretty perfect little sound...she found it right away...I told her to fish around and make sure it was just 1 perfect heartbeat to pick up
