I know how you feel. I can't imagine how much worse I would feel with twins. Hopefully you will start to feel better soon. I wish I had some tip that might help but I have not found anything. Super small meals seem to make it not as bad. I never tried B12 but they say it helps.
Yesterday was really bad for me, but I only have one baby in there as far as science can tell. Every time I tried to eat something healthy, it came back up. I've found that if I can get myself to take a nap after eating a piece of bread, at least I'm not awake and nauseous. If it's getting unbearable, I'd ask your doctor for a perscription for something. Hopefully 2nd tri will be better for all of us!
"I know not all that may be coming, but be it what it will, I'll go to it laughing."
Started feeling good in my 11th week and most of my 12th...halfway through the 12th the nausea returned, but luckily it hasn't been too bad. I hope it's on its way out the door though!
I had virtually zero nausea with DD, so this pregnancy is totally different for me so far.

It's B6 that is supposed to help, although I can't really tell if it is helping because mine has been sometimes horrible and sometimes ok, there doesn't seem to be a major improvement. Hang in there!
