BPF: 27w & 3 hour GT (almost fainting ment'd)

This morning, I had my three hour draw. Apparently, I have the world's suckiest veins. So, over a course of 3 hours, 4 vials were taken, which required 10 needles pokes to the arms and hands. The last one sent me over the edge (she was determined to get that last vein to give up the goods...I had 6 nurses all give it a go, including one who was nicknamed "Vampire"). I shouldn't have watched. But I did. Ringing in my ears, wanting to throw up, light headedness commensed. They fed me juice and peanut butter, and I had to lay down in the office for 20 minutes before I could leave.

    If the "Vampire" could not get blood, that's never good.  So sorry you had to go through that. 

    On the upside, you look awesome!  :)  Great nump!

    Ouch! You poor thing!! I have difficult veins too so I have been there, though it's never been that bad! It sucks Sad

    That blood test sounded horrible. You better have passed to have gone through that!

    the 3hr glucose is terrible as it is but that royally sucks what you had to go through on top of it.  Hope you're feeling better now.

    Yikes!  I would've definitely hit the floor early on in that ordeal...I'm impressed you made it through!!!  Hope the results come back great!  :)
