Friday Exercise Check-In

I did an hour of cardio at the gym yesterday and it did make me feel a bit better.  I had personal training for an hour and then 30 minutes of cardio today.  I'm ready for a nap.

  • We got an elliptical last October which has been my saving grace in losing weight prior to getting pregnant. I'd been religious about it until m/s kicked in about 3 weeks ago, the the fatigue kicked in. Finally got back on last night a feel good. I need to get back to it and keep myself in shape.

    What kind of elliptical did you buy?  I've been thinking of investing in one or joining a gym.  Most of the time I just run outside, but I want to get more variety into my workouts.

     I ran six miles with a friend this morning and then did some squats.
