I'll keep posting this until someone else wants to do it. Again, please excuse me if I'm stepping on any toes.
I had kickboxing yesterday. It was a great class. I got to practice my high kicks which always makes me happy. Actually, any kicks make me happy. Anyways, I'll be going to the gym to do some cardio later on today. I'm having a fat, miserable, unattractive, want to go hide in a cave type of day, so I'm hoping doing cardio at the gym will help elevate my mood.

Oh that's awesome! I did not exercise at the gym yesterday, but walked around Manhattan after my doctor's appointment for several hours. Today, I walked briskly back and forth to yoga class. I was going to go for a run, but my knees feel really crappy today. At my doctor's appointment I was told to do more cardio and really work at working out and eating healthy- I've gained 14 pounds and I'm only 8 weeks. I've been taking it fairly easy, walking and doing yoga, but have really been careful not to have too much junk food.
Maybe I will try and find a kickboxing class or video- I LOVE kickboxing!
I did the P90X kenpo video this morning. Basically a kickboxing type thing.
I did P90X before my wedding. That was one of the reasons I wanted to do kickboxing. Actually working with bags and not dealing with Tony being freaking annoying is so much better
I very much enjoy actually punching and kicking something besides the air. It's so much more satisfying to feel the impact. I think I have anger management issues.
