If you have a smaller car (I have a Chevy Cruze), what convertible carseat do you have that fits comfortably rearfacing? TIA!
Both the carseat carrier and the new convertible we have fit comfortably.... as long as no one sits in the passenger seat in front of it. We researched for several months for the right size and none of the seats we found would allow a front passenger with the car seat being rear facing.

I'm so glad you asked this! I have a Mini Cooper convertible. Yeah, it's my dream car, and I bought it two weeks before we found out we were pregnant. Whoops. The infant carrier is challenging enough, I don't know what I'm going to do about the convertible car seat!
I have 2 safety 1st alpha omega convertible car seats in a Honda fit and they both fit perfectly fine rear facing.
I'm surprised to hear that. We have that seat and it just looks huge! I haven't tried it in my car yet though, so maybe it's not as big as I'm thinking.
I drive a Mustang. I got the Safety 1st onSide air Convertible car seat. It actually fits in my backseat and allows someone to sit up front. They are a little crowded, but at least they can sit in the front.
