Hello ladies,
about 5.5 weeks ago, I sold a cloth diaper to a woman in Canada and she paid me with Paypal. She had good feedback, as do I, so it should have been a smooth transaction.
I just got an email from her stating that she is filing a dispute with Paypal because 5.5 weeks later, she still has not received the diaper. I have the Customs form (stamped by the post office that it was sent) with her information and the item description on it from the day I sent it.
What should I do? Should I give her a partial refund for it being so late? Or, because I have proof that it was sent, should I just respond with a photo of the customs form? She did not select "buy insurance" when selecting her shipping, so I feel that the item is at risk because of HER decision.
Re: Paypal advice, please.
I would send her the picture of the customs form and she what she says.
I would send her the proof and also offer a partial refund if it doesn't arrive in a given amount of time (say by the end of the month).
Some of the Canadian ladies on here might be able to give you an idea how long it can take for shipping from US to Canada.
