AFFF users

I am so excited I just scored some AFFF.  I don't use pockets on DS because I didn't like the microfiber and sold them before I realized I could put other inserts in there.  So I would really like to try some pockets with baby number 2. 

How do you typically use them?  Do you just fold it and use only that in the pocket or do you add more?

I use them overnight in pockets.  I use 2 AFFF inserts, each folded in half, in the pocket.
