What do you do during the day for "yourself"?

Maybe it's the dreary weather and DH's really long work days- but I've really felt bummed the last few days. 

What do you do during the day for yourself? Maybe not everyday, but just once in awhile- to give yourself a lift?

Every 4 weeks I get my eyebrows waxed, every 6 weeks I get my hair cut, and every Thursday morning before work I have a dressage (horse riding) lesson.

 I take a bath and read a book. I also paint my toe nails a bight new color weekly. I know that might not sound exciting, but it makes me feel better.

I go to the store and buy something small to make the house look nice.  A candle, picture frame...last week I got a betta fish  lol.  I like stuff.

I will say that I nap when I can, but my DD's don't always nap at the same time...

I TIVO a lot of my shows, reality shows usually, then when DD goes to sleep for the night I'll plop on the couch for an hour and veg.

I go to work.  LOL.  Some of my coworkers are my best friends, so it's always a great time.

Do you do this everyday? Are we going to see you on hoarders? Just kidding....Beta fish are pretty! Except apparently you're not supposed to fill the bowl up too high or they flop out. Yep, happened to me. Flopped right out onto the floor.

I actually hate clutter so when I buy something new (or used, I love thrift stores), I'll donate something else.  I do it about 2-3x a week.  So no hoarders....hopefully lol.  

I actually have the betta in a 2 gallon glass flour container with a nice lid and it's all decked out like a regular fish tank.  I was terrified of him flopping out....Mr. B is a very lucky fish.

That sounds like a wonderful life for Mr. B! What a lucky guy. I'm glad you have a lid on it bc I seriously fear fish flopping out now!
