Pain in the butt (literally) ?

For the past few days I've had this sharp pain in the left side of my butt. I thought I pulled a muscle or something (though I'm not sure how) but it's not constant. It only hurts when I walk, and then only sometimes. Sometimes it's fine, and sometimes I can barely walk. Has anyone had something similar?

    I get this from sleeping on my side.  It comes and goes.

    My tail bone hurts when I sit for awhile.. I also have been having hip issues in my butt area and sciatica issues. :( All at the same time. At my appointment last week, the doctor said baby is head down already - that's what's causing my discomforts.
