What's good on a drool rash?

I was wearing Josie all day yesterday and didn't realize she was drooling like a french bulldog. She's got a little drool rash now. What have you used that's worked well?

California Baby's Calendula Cream works really well. It's gentle and natural, leaves my DS's skin super soft.

DD has paci rash and I've just been using Vasaline and trying to keep her mouth dry.

Lansinoh nipple cream works really well & it's safe for baby in case some gets in LO's mouth.

Lansinoh nipple cream.  Put it on at night and drool rash is gone in the morning.
