Question about nap

So, I put D down for a nap around 9. He woke up a little before 10 and started making noise. He usually sleeps a little longer this first nap, so I went up, put his pacifier in, and walked out.

It's now 10:15 and every couple of minutes, he'll make a little noise (just like a grunt or something). So I don't think he's completely asleep. Would you just leave him up there in his crib until he actually fusses?

He just started taking his pacifier so I've never done this before.

Yes I would leave him in there unless he starts fussing/crying. He may just be trying to get settled.

I'd leave him in there.  If he's not upset and just kinda talking, let him stay in bed and see if he falls back asleep.
