We're naming our son Henry, and we decided to keep it a secret until he's born (much to the dismay of our families, who are chomping at the bit to know!). Instead of handing out chocolate cigars when he's born, we're going to hand out Oh Henry candy bars.
We wanted to have an Oh Henry onesie made, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it since it violates all sorts of copyright laws. We'd only want to have the words Oh Henry on the front of a yellow onesie, to look like it was on the candy bar, but not the Nestle logo or the description of it, etc. Any ideas on how to make this a reality?
Re: Graphic design help maybe?
If you want to DIY, you could easily do it even with the logo and stuff. No one would come after you for doing one onesie for yourself, a company just couldn't make money selling them without Nestle's permission.
You can print the logo on iron-on tshirt transfer paper, cut it out, and iron it on to the onesie. I've done it on aprons, tshirts, etc for various things, it's super easy! It will fade a little in the wash, but will stay put. I'd wash the onesie first, then iron the transfer so he can wear it the first time without it being faded.
here's what I've used - you can buy it at any craft or office supply store
