You hit the nail right on the head! I don't feel like the girls are mine. I mean, I KNOW they are my babies, but I haven't had the same bonding experience that most moms have. And that is why I think I feel this way.
Yeah, it's like the nurses do so much for them, I had to ask to do anything for them. Maybe I didn't have to, but it felt that way! I promise, once you get them home, they'll feel like yours pretty quickly. Once you start doing those feedings every three hours, around the clock, you'll bond.
