My BH have definitely kicked up recently. From 30 weeks on, I was having maybe only 2 or 3 a week. From about 35 weeks on, I've been getting them at least 5 times a day!

Painful? Yes, but it's nice knowing that LO is on her way and our bodies are prepping for birth.

I was in a lot of pain early this morning too....I don't know if it was BH or real contractions or what it was!  I thought it was RLP at first because of the location of most of the pain, but I began timing the pains coming every 5 mins...so I began to wonder??  They went away and I'm fine this morning.  I have my weekly OB appt tomorrow morning so it will be interesting to see if there is any change from last week.
