Possibly a cold?

My LO has been congested the past few days, been sneezing and has a phlegmy cough.  He doesn't have a runny nose though.  He is eating just fine though (both breast milk and formula).  Is this a cold?  Could it be allergies.  He's only 5 weeks so I'm not sure.  I thought colds had to have a runny nose, but I could be wrong.

I wish someone had an answer because I have a similar situation. Wet cough and some sneezing, but no other symptoms. My LO is 2 months and just had his shots on Friday so I don't know if it is a side effect or just coincidental timing...or what.
