I said fear of heights but I never realized how afraid of snakes I was until last summer I found the most disgusting black and yellow snake in my backyard.
I said claustrophobia, I freak out when I am in small spaces. But I could also do a SS, I have Bdellophobia.
I am afraid of leeches. When I was little and I went on the canoe with my dad. A leech got on my toe. I screamed, and one if the neighbors came running from her house. She thought someone was drowning. I have had nightmares ever since.
Aerophobia, which became especially problematic after the Buffalo plane crash in 2009.
Did you always have that fear?
I grew up around airplanes. My papa was a pilot and my dad works for Air Canada. I find planes and flying so calming and relaxing. However my sister hates them and won't even go on family vacations if we have to fly there.
Dystychiphobia-Fear of accidents. I'm constantly scared that something horrible is going to happen. It's mostly of car crashes or things related to vehicle accidents. I can't handle driving or riding behind a truck carrying thing I don't think are properly secured. The problem is I never think anything is secured properly.
I guess I also have a bit of agoraphobia. Big stores and and unfamiliar social situations give me panic attacks. On the flip side I always know where the exits are.
While I am not really claustrophobic in general, I have this thing where I freak out if I have something close to my face and I have to breath in hot air. I can't have my face under blankets or anything. If I was stuck in a small box, I would be fine. As long as it was cold.
I have no other fears then that though. Other then being alone sometimes.

SS: I have phobia's of both spiders and heights. I can NOT look at spiders, much less kill them. Someone else has to do that. I can't deal AT ALL.
Heights -- I can't even stand on a chair without getting vertigo. My Mom took me to the CN tower in Toronto when I was a kid and I waited at the bottom for her. There's no way in HeII I'd go to the top of that thing. Just thinking about it makes me feel ill.

Apiphobia - fear of bees. It's really more like all buzzing, flying insects, but bees and wasps are the worst, and I get totally crazy when I get around them. We got a bee in the car once after hiking in the canyon we have locally, and as we were driving out of it (with a huge cliff on my side of the car), I actually opened the door of the moving car, ready to jump out. It's a good thing that I wasn't driving, was wearing my seat belt, and DH was there to make sure I didn't. They don't call them irrational fears for nothing.
Aquaphobia -- I have had issues with my ears since I was a little girl. Getting water in my ears freaks me out! I hate the feeling and the sound of it. Since I had so many ear infections, tubes, and surgeries to correct holes in my ear drums I do not submerge my head in the water. It also freaks me out to think about drowning. I even have a hard time watching it on tv or in the movies.

This!!! Except I've never opened the door of a moving car, but have been close! I'm an embarrassment for family members/friends when I'm at a picnic or outdoor function! I will freak out at the sight of a bee/yellow jacket/wasp and have false alarms with flies. I really hope DD doesn't pick this up...I like being outdoors otherwise...just hate buzzing/stinging insects!!!
I'm crazy afraid of heights. I can't even stand near a window in a tall building and look down. It freaks me out.
I also have a fear of those huge nasty roaches that fly at you. I don't think there is a specific phobia for them. Maybe entomophobia but that is for insects in general.

I have a bit of the accident phobia but I'm ok with the car trucks. I just have really vivid thoughts of car accidents I could get into. It took months before I would drive with J in the car.
I have really bad agoraphobia. I cannot go shopping during the Christmas season. I freak the freak out with all those people. I hate concerts, festivals. I also hate wide open spaces, like fields. I hate being outdoors sometimes. It's awful. I stay at home a lot because of it. Meds don't help.

I grew up around airplanes. My papa was a pilot and my dad works for Air Canada. I find planes and flying so calming and relaxing. However my sister hates them and won't even go on family vacations if we have to fly there.
Megalophobia - fear of large objects. Mine is mainly a fear of being close to large ships or airplanes.
My other phobia is of driving on high bridges. I don't know that it has a name, but it scares the crap out of me.

IT'S A BOY
I'm terrified of escalators. As a kid I saw a little boy who was sitting on the step sort of get sucked in. Sooo awful.
I also don't really like elevators.
And yes, I often end up taking the stairs as a result.

Trypophobia - fear of holes.
ETA: I also have fear of flying and heights.
