I've heard carrying twins might contribute to worse morning sickness...I don't know what it is but holy wow. My doctor started me on Zofran to help and then we just doubled the dose a couple days ago...I've lost about 8 pounds in the last four weeks. I'm 8w1d.
I throw up in the mornings when the meds are out of my system. But now I've reached a point where I'm dry heaving all day long even on the drugs. What's that about? Anyone else dry heaving, feeling like you're for sure gonna lose it but nothing comes out?? Even when I've got a little bit of fluid or food in my stomach- still nothing. It's brutal. I just want to throw up to get it out (although I know it's good to be able to keep the fluid down). Help! Is this just me?

This. I also have to walk my dogs in the morning right when I get up since DH works second shift and is asleep when I wake up. My dog got under me one morning when I was dry heaving outside and almost got thrown up on.
I've been dry heaving since about 5 weeks...mostly in the morning and it tapers off in the afternoon. At 9 weeks, I dry heave all day long. My dry heaving is WORST in the morning, because my stomach is empty. I started keeping animal crackers by my bed to at least start with something in my stomach.
I feel like all I do is eat, but as long as I have something in my stomach, the dry heaving is substantially less. I've just gotten used to it at this point. When it's really bad, I cry (I'm a wuss though and I HATE throwing up), but for the most part, it's just such a part of my life (and the life of the people I work with, family members, etc) that it's not even phasing them all that much either.
Preggy pops have been really good I recommend if you've not tried them yet.
