If you had an electric pump with #1, are you buying all new parts or are you just washing/sanitizing the old ones? I am actually asking mostly for the tubing.....

I made the mistake of throwing away all my parts including the tubing and just had to make up a story about how the tubing got damaged in order for Medela to allow me to order another tube. I thought it was so easy to get it that I just threw it away without thinking. I had the Freestyle. You may want to check on the model you have and make sure you can get replacement tubing before you throw yours out.

I had milk back up into my pump at the very end of my stint with DS. After the new FSA rules came out, I tossed around the idea of getting a 2nd pump to have one at work and one here at the house. After some thought, I decided to actually skip that idea, get the new pump and use it exclusively. I'm worried about black mold in my old pump. The nice thing is that I still had all of the parts, so I just bought new membranes and new tubing.
I'm going to break the pump out of the box and assess the situation before I order anything. I'm hopeful that it's in good working condition, but I'm completely prepared to buy a new one if it's not. If it is OK, I already bought new membranes, so I'll just get some new tubing and I'll be all set.
