Just had a cust make me cry! (Talk about sharing horrors!)

This guy, who is 82 yrs old, called for an auto quote.

He lost his wife, and son, within 9 days of each other in February.  He is burying his wife's ashes in May and spreading his son's ashes in a body of water (he said the name but I couldn't hear and didn't want him to repeat it) over the summer.

I asked about home insurance (HAVE TO!) and he said "I'm thinking of selling this place!  I'm all alone!"

Ok, I'm done for the day!  OMG!

That is so sad! 

A week (or 2?) ago, DH had to call a customer to pick up her car that she had left at his shop for almost a week.  Her son finally called him back to say his mom had died and his dad had been "admitted".    He told me he actually deals with it alot because he has many elderly customers.    On a happier note, one of his other elderly customers dropped off a blanket for the new baby yesterday.
