Anything I can give for allergies?

The wind has been horrible the last couple days and DS and I are miserable snot monsters from all the pollen.  Is there anything I can give him?  Anything I can take while BFing?

    We've been giving our LO children's allergy (liquid) only 1/2tsp/day. This was directed by the Pedi so check with yours first.

    our pedi said to start giving DS2 1/2teaspoon of Zyrtec everyday...but I'd check with your dr fist and we've noticed it makes DS2 really tired.

    This. Our pedi said 1/2 teaspoon Allegra or Zyrtec once a day is okay. I have not given it to Eli yet becasue I was hesitant to if he didn't really need it (i.e. they weren't bothering him too much).

    Like PP said, I would be worried it would make him sleepy too.
