We have it but it hasn't been used yet, obviously. I've played around with it a lot, though and I think it;s going to work out great for us. It sits kind of funny when the bento part isn't in the bottom, but that shouldn't be a big deal for now since I don't plan on keeping any food in it until baby is older.

Caution: The snaps that are on the wrap around handle cushion (hard to explain but you'll see it in person) are a little defective. There were a few broken ones in the store and the first one we had broke, too. When I exchanged it I tested the snaps at least 25 times on each snap (yeah, I was that person in Buy Buy Baby). If they are going to break they break right away. I don't really plan on using it to keep those straps together, so I just closed them around the single strap and have left them alone since.

i love skip hop in general and the bento bag was my top bag of choice until i decided to splurge on a ju ju be

having a nb, a 2yr old and a 5yr old, it looks like it was going to be plenty of space for me. 

there was a demonstration video or two on youtube, just search for them. but it looked good to me!
