fevers after shots?

Question from 3-6...how long have your los' fevers lasted after they have had their shots.  LO got her shots yesterday at 2 pm.  She had a fever of 100.7 at 1 am when she woke up to eat.  It was our first time giving her tylenol and she threw it all up twice.  She kept it down when I gave it to her very slowly.   All day her fever has been 99.6 or 99.4.  When should it go away?

    at 4 months Ellas lasted for 2-3 days. This time about 36 hours.
