Sunscreen s/o

Just saw the post below about sunscreen.

Ellie inherited the Doyle skin.. super fair! Do we need to wait until 6 mons to use sunscreen? We are good about hats, etc.

  • DD has pretty fair skin (and sensitive at that). We got the OK from the Pedi to use sun screen. Said it was better to wear sunscreen then get sunburned.

    At that age we really tried to limit sun exposure for long enxtended periods, but if we needed to than yes we used Sunscreen. I was sort of obsessed about sunscreen last year when we had so many excema issues and bought way too many differnt kinds. I used CA baby for a long time, but hated the way it applied, it was a long tortuous process to get the sunscreen on. I really liked this badger's brand I found.

  • I second Badger, I also tried CA baby and did not like it, and it's non toxic so no problem using it. Wouldn't want her eating it so try to keep it to a minimum and primarily use clothing and hats to cover, but yes if there is an exposed area then you can use sunscreen and especially Badger.
