DH and I have been working out every night for the past few weeks. I've really been trying to watch my calories intake (while keeping in mind what I need for BF). I feel like people say that they hang on to that extra 10 lbs or so until BF is over.
I lost the pregnancy weight very quickly, but I would like to weigh about 20 lbs less than I do right now. Has anyone had any luck losing additional weight (not preg weight) while BF?
I fully realize that exercise is good for me regardless of weight loss, I'm not going to stop, I'm just wondering what I should realistically expect in terms of weight loss.
