ACS from the census bureau.  Has anyone received one of these?

 It's really rubbing me the wrong way.  I filled out the 10 year census we received last year, but now I'm being inundated with phone calls to fill out this form.  It's very intrusive and considering I'm not boosting the population and the govt isn't doing anything to help me boost the population, I really want to tell someone where to stick this form.  Of course, I also don't want to pay a fine.  Thoughts?
