I haven't posted about exercising lately either... But yesterday was my 2nd doc appt. (got to hear the HB and see the LO!!!) Anyway, at my first appt, she said I could keep doing what I have been doing but not to push it. I am a runner. But yesterday she said I really need to try to keep my HR below 140 (which I think is crazy!) So at the gym last night I was on the TM and checked my HR - 158! YIKES! So... I'll be slowing down. Boo. I'm bound to be the fat pregnant chick now... Yuck.
Anyway, I ended up doing about 2 1/2 miles running/walking and trying to find out what kept my HR at 140ish...
I did my kickboxing class. It was a really good workout, and I felt so much better after doing it. Punching and kicking, especially my trainer, makes me a lot more calm and less likely to scream at someone. I am probably going to do some cardio with my mom at the gym later on.

I'm a total slacker and haven't done anything in a really long time, I can't wait until I get some energy back!
