2nd timers-Childbirth refersher course?

I'm wondering if I/DH and I should be taking a refresher course from our childbirth class. We took the class 3 years ago and I started worrying this AM that I don't remember how to be in labor. Other than swearing at my husband and begging for drugs, that it.

We took Bradley classes before having DD1. We have never taken a refresher, though DH and I did review our student workbook before DD2. I think that was helpful! We keep talking about doing that again, but haven't quite gotten around to it yet.

i also took bradley classes to prepare for dd's birth.  so i've re-read the "Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way" book.  i also recently got a copy of the hypnobabies homestudy course off of freecycle, so i figure it can't hurt to read through some of that as well.  i would love to listen to the cds too, but i'm having trouble finding time to do so.

My daughter is 6 yrs old and I haven't even considered taking a class.  Maybe I am crazy, but we don't feel the need.

I think it would be nice to take a refresher course. BUT I don't think you will need it! I had to use a technique i learned 6years before with my oldest when i was in labor with my last son. It really does come back to you! But I'm sure a refresher course would be nice so it would be fresh on your mind!

is there more to childbirth than that? that's all i can remember from the first time.

i don't plan on taking a refresher course. I'd think it could be useful if you're planning on a med-free birth, but otherwise i think i'll be ok without it.
