mild m/s hit again today. Couldn't stand the thought of breakfast or lunch. Now thinking I have to eat something, but very uninterested. I did pretty good for four days. I can't wait until first tri is over and the pregnancy becomes more enjoyable!
I'm with ya. It hit me today too....hard. I threw out my breakfast this morning and didn't eat much today. I'm feeling ok now, but earlier today I thought I was dying. I almost went home from work, but it's really hard to hide being KU'd when you wear flowy clothes and go home sick. So, I stuck it out. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Mine has been off and on. For me, when I don't eat it makes it worse. I will seriously eat anything that sounds good at the moment- one day it was a milkshake. Currently nature's brand cheez-its and annie's grahm cracker bunnies are my go to nausea foods. I'm sneaking in protein by eating pasta with protein in it (Barilla). I've been a total carb-fiend over all which is a HUGE change.
We'll see if this plan still works tomorrow...

Re: I thought I was fine, but...
Mine has been killer the past couple of days, too. I lose it at least once a day- 4 times yesterday. I'm running on empty but nothing sounds good!
Sucking on candied ginger seems to help a (tiny) bit. Good luck!
