no idea how I came across this. But part of me LOVES this, because I miss wine so much! And part of me thinks it is a sign of a possible drinking problem?! LOLhttps://milkscreen.com

lol .. a great sign of a problem! If you have to test, you're drinking too much!
BTW, what is a safe amount of wine to drink while breastfeeding?
at my class she said that if you were going to have one glass of wine/beer/drink what ever. You should do it right after you feed (or pump) and dump the next one. If you want to have a night out, pump and dump for 24 hrs. But I think there are a lot of different ideas about this.....
As someone with 32+ months of BF under my belt...I say from experinece that having more than 1 or 2 drinks is not worth the crappy feeling the following morning when you still need to take care of baby! No matter how many more drink might have sounded nice, once you have a baby, you are never quite as carefree as pre-kid days
Re: Is this great or a sign of a problem?
LOL You lush
Fortunately for me, I'm a total light weight when it comes to drinking. One fruity drink and I'm done for.
My husband calls me a cheap date!
