Thank goodness for DH's giant hands!

For the last few days, LO has been VERY active. Last night I was in a lot of pain to begin with, and he started burrowing into my bad hip.

I think it's because one of DH's hands can pretty much cover LO completely, but any time he puts more than just a couple fingers over where he is, LO stops moving.

So last night, poor DH had to sit with his hand on my bump for a good 2 hours just so I could get a little relief! I'm kind of hoping this doesn't mean that once he's out, DH will be the only one that can soothe him!

DH has the same effect on our baby girl. I told him he was the baby whisperer and he was going to have to use his powers a lot once she's here!

Must be a daddy thing. Everytime I put MH hand on my belly to feel a kick or roll LO stops moving. At first this made MH sad because he thought LO didn't like him. I told him it must soothe LO and he felt much better

Thankfully DH prefers to just watch my bump wiggle and squirm, rather than trying to feel the kicks.
