I was just wondering if anyone experienced flu like symptoms prior to their labor starting? I have been feeling sooooo out of it since yesterday, and feel like I am getting sick but not really sick, if that makes sense. I have been having headaches (Bp is perfect though), loss of appetite, chills/hot flashes, body aches, nausea, and diarrhea/loose stools (so sorry for the TMI), as well as feeling like a totally space case. I'm at work and can't even concentrate on anything right now.

If I feel the flu coming on though I swear by that oscicillium--safe for pregnancy--I just take 1 vial and I swear it works. Sometimes I'll follow up with a second--but I usually take it at night and I'll feel better by morning. Weird.

Notes:
I had this on Saturday of last week- I thought I was coming down with a bug. I started having contractions but they did stop when I went to bed that night. I am hoping and praying that this baby comes soon but I would love a few more days. I am still around and the loose stool has gotten better but I am still a little bit of a case!
I'm not as far along as you, but I just wanted to let you know that I am just now getting over a horrible GI virus. Extreme diarrhea, chills, headache, achey-ness, and an "out of it" feeling. Still today I am super tired, and this started on Saturday. My OB office told me it's very common for this type of virus to make the rounds in early spring. I didn't have any contractions though, and drank a ton of water/Gatorade. I'd call you doctor just to give them a heads up. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
