Preparing for Parenthood with First-time Moms

My name is Susanne and I am a doctoral student in Social-Health Psychology at Kent State University in Ohio. I am interested in how mothers like you prepare for the changes of parenthood and to examine this I am currently conducting a study with 100 first-time mothers.  If you are married or living with your significant other and expecting your first child you may be eligible to participate in my study. My study has received approval from Kent State?s human subjects review board.  Participation is confidential and involves two short online questionnaires during your third trimester and at 1-month postpartum.  I hope that the results of the study will provide helpful information to future mothers as they make the joyous and challenging transition to being a parent.  For more information about the study, please contact me at babytime@kent.edu .
