Help Me get back my motivation...

I'm in my 1st 5k in 2 weeks and last night I was suppose to run 2miles on the treadmill and I feel like I lost my movitation.  I run 3-3.5 miles on the weekends but during the week its hard b/c I have DD and at night....I'm totally exhausted!  Maybe its b/c my friend is visiting this weekend....but I used to love getting on the treadmill for a run now I'm trying to avoid it!

  • I agree with both PPs.  New music on the ipod is a life saver.  I also agree with working out in the morning before LO gets up.  It's an adjustment - I just did it though and I LOVE it.  I'm getting up early, working out and showering (or if I'm out of time I shower during nap time).  This means only one shower a day and you'll have more energy for LO during the day!
