Would you keep testing?

It's me again with my crazy cycle drama... :)

I am 17 dpo and have not tested since 14 dpo (negative of course).  I either had implantation bleeding or a SUPER light FP 8dpo/9dpo.  No sign of FP showing up.  A few days ago I was just going to move on to next cycle (if I could figure out WHEN it was-lol) but now I am wondering if I might still have a chance at this one... I have had a few "symptoms"-some light cramping, a little nausea this morning and I still have some soreness under my arms (sides of chest area), plus I yawn all day-but that could just be me looking for signs.

I really don't want to see another BFN but the waiting and wondering is torture.  I am thinking about waiting til the weekend (if I can stand it) and testing just one more time, but not sure what day would give me a DEFINITE result.  WWYD?

    I would absolutely keep testing! The light bleeding on 8dpo/9dpo just doesn't sound like it was AF.  Good luck:-)

    DE FET#1 ET 3/1714; BFP, beta 1 3/27= 197, beta 2 3/31= 1586, beta 3 4/7= 13879!!
    First u/s= Twins with HBs at 6w2d! We are Team Pink x 2!!

    I'd test again- 3 days could make a huge difference. Good luck, hope this is it :)

    Thank you so much for the support!  Everyone IRL makes me feel like I am crazy.. like they are afraid to be positive for fear I will just be disappointed.  I love being able to vent/share with those who UNDERSTAND.  :)  Thanks again and I will update as soon as I have something to tell.  :)

    I too vote for testing again!!
    me - 41 (dx: DOR); DH - 53 (no problems); 7/18/09 - married!; 8/4/09 - BFP on first (real)try; 9/14/09 - missed m/c; 9/15/09 - d&c; 11/09 - 3/10 - 4 natural cycles = BFN; 4/10 - dx hyperthyroidism caused by Graves' disease; 6/10 - thyroidectomy; 7/10 - 12/10 - 1 natural and 5 medicated IUI cycles = BFN; 1/11 - new RE; dx low ovarian reserve (AMH .42; 1/26/11 -- BFP (ectopic) from IUI #6; methotrexate 2/10/11; 6/2/11 - IVF #1 = BFN; 9/12/11 - prescreening for DE; 9/15/11 - IUI #7 (unmedicated)= BFN; 11/8 - begin DE cycle (shared risk program); 12/5 - ER (5 eggs/4 mature/3 fertilized/2 left by day 5) 12/10 - ET of one 1BB blast (expanded, "fair" quality), none to freeze; 12/22 - totally shocked by +hpt; beta #1 = 413; #2 = 3952 2/14 - CVS reveals a healthy baby girl! EDD: 8/27/12 DD born 8/31/12, 10 lbs 10 oz and perfect in every way.

    Well... what's the result???
    Single Mother by Choice. Life didn't work out the way I planned so I did it on my own. IUI #s 1-3, unmedicated = BFN, IUI #s 4-6, 50mg Clomid, Ovidrel = BFN IVF #1: 23R, 20M, 17F. 5 day transfer 2 blasts. 2 Snowbabies BFP 6dp5dt, Beta #1 7dp5dt = 58, Beta #2 9dp5dt = 114, Beta #3 10dp5dt = 187 1st Ultrasound = 5/3, not much to see yet. 2nd Ultrasound = 5/17, TWINS!!! Hospital Bed Rest at 32 weeks due to pre-ecclampsia and severe edema. Audrey Grace, 5lbs9oz, & Lydia Louise, 6lbs, born via emergency c-section on 12/6/12 at 36w1d My IVF Journey

    I haven't done it yet... trying to decide if I should wait til FMU tomorrow or do it tonight... Or wait til the weekend... or.. not do it at all.  I promise to post when I do it!  :)

    So I decided to go for it tonight with an internet cheapie test and it was negative.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised but I am definitely disappointed.  :(  

    If I am STILL "late" by the weekend I will take another test...  :(

    You know that feeling when you KNOW you are pregnant but the tests say you are not so you feel like you are losing your mind??  That is me today...

    I woke up with cramps/pain on my left side that is now gone (took about 4 hours) and the sides of my chest are just THROBBING. I feel SO tired like I could easily sleep right now.. I never take naps so that is weird for me.  I hate being in limbo, just give me my + or my FP.. stop this in between stuff!  UGH!

    hijoi, When you got your + how many DPO were you? When I was pg with my son I remember taking a test and it being negative and a week later I took another one and it was positive but back then (7 years ago) I was not keeping track of anything so I don't know if I was testing a week early or if the + test was actually a week late--which is what I will be this coming Sunday.  :)  Your story gives me hope!  :)
