Bad mom today

I didn't notice that we had a power out last night and sometime the monitor batteries died I woke this morning at six I could see the tear marks on her cheeks she had been crying and no one came to her.....I feel so bad she is downstairs and us upstairs so if she cries and the monitor is off I can't hear. Her heater also went off now she has a cold. I am the worst mom today I feel so guilty

You're not a bad mom and the heater going off wouldn't cause a cold, that's not how it works.

Why would you call yourself a bad mom?  How could a power outage possibly be your fault?
