Baby Nurse/Postpartum Doula

Hello all~

Does anybody have a great rec for a baby nurse/postpartum Doula? My SIL is moving to SA this summer for her husband to start his medical practice. She'll be right in the middle of her pregnancy, due at the end of September. Besides not knowing anybody there, her mother is also deceased and all of the family lives in Alabama, DC or the Caribbean. So my husband {her brother} and I thought we would find somebody to come help her for the first couple of days/weeks at night or whenever as our gift to her and her husband. I have found a couple of people via Google, but have no idea how to know for sure, so I wanted to check on here.

    I know of two Doulas in the SA area I'm not sure if they do night duty.   I used Yvonne for my labor and delivery and I was happy with her for the most part.    She had just finished certifying  when I used her.    The other Doula I know is a La Leche League leader and if I use a doula next birth I will probably go with her since we've developped a relationship in La Leche League.   Tina's website is www.thenurturedcenter.com  and you can email if you would like Yvonne's contact info at kami_i at hotmail.com.  

     You could also check on the DONA website for certified doulas.   Good luck finding a doula for your SIL.
