look to see what they are selling for by other moms and shoot for deals (like buy all for whatever or sell for $1 less than someone else to sell faster, unless it's a highly wanted item).
take and post pics. when I did this, they wouldn't let me post pics until I posted 10 times... so I posted links to photobucket ... also, they like to see seller ratings, so I posted a link to dh's ebay ratings. If you don't have this, i wouldn't worry.
most prices are postage paid. spell out anything wrong or off about the dipe (I do close ups if even faded spots). if someone says they want it but cannot pay until "xyz", give them a certain time frame to pay and then if they don't pay, repost it. don't ship until paid for via paypal ... then get tracking numbers by postal service and email them to the buyer. people love that.
ditto every thing PP said... PICS are 100% important, also try to have fast communication to those with interest... and i've found what works for me is giving a time frame to pay after sending your paypal addy before moving on to the next interested person.

Offer deals on more than one item. Make sure you take good pics! Hazy pics taken with a cell phone throw up red flags. There has been a lot of scamming on there this summer so don't be upset if people are a little leary of buying from you. Someone will take a chance with you and then you can start building your reputation there.
I actually just logged on this weekend. I posted two things and sold one of them all already. That site to me is kind of hard to get around, but it is definatly better the more I am on there. You can't PIP on there until you have 8 posts, so I would rec. lurking and posting a to get you up to 8 posts before you place your add, people will want to see your diapers. But I was surprised how fast my covers sold, now I just need to sell my AIO's.
